The available abortion methods vary depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy. We can determine your pregnancy stage and explain the different abortion methods.


Abortion is illegal in the state of Texas  except to preserve the life of the mother. A woman who obtains an abortion cannot be held criminally or civilly liable. It is also illegal to ship abortion inducing drugs into the state of Texas (2,3). We do not perform nor refer for abortions. This allows us to provide you with unbiased support. MEDICAL ABORTION

The abortion pill, sometimes called a medication abortion, is a two-step medical process used to end an existing pregnancy. It is only FDA approved up to 10 weeks gestation.(1)


We can provide you with vital information about your pregnancy and whether the abortion pill is an option. It’s important to note that some women should not take the abortion pill; learn more. Many telehealth abortion pill providers do not provide an ultrasound before administering abortion pills and we provide this service for you at no cost(5).

SURGICAL ABORTION

There are several types of surgical abortions. Dilatation and evacuation (D&E) D&E is the surgical method for abortion performed between weeks 12-14 of pregnancy(4,6).
